CFO Capital Rebrands as Skyline Advisors

​OMAHA, NE, September 25, 2017 - CFO Capital announced today that it has completed its rebranding as Skyline Advisors. The new name reflects the oft-referenced measure of a city's vitality—its growing skyline. It also represents the firm's geographic reach, which includes the iconic skylines of the Rocky Mountains region, Midwest prairie, and cities from coast to coast.

CFO Capital had operated as a sister company of CFO Systems, a provider of interim and timeshare controllers and chief financial officers. CFO Systems was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list for the fourth consecutive year. "With the rapid growth of both CFO Systems and CFO Capital the last several years and the number of transactions recently completed by the Capital team," states Brett Frevert, "we felt it was time to spin out the Capital group as a full-service investment bank."

The CFO Capital operations have been combined with the investment banking operations of Ideation Ventures. John Gustafson, founder of Ideation Ventures and president of Skyline Advisors, has managed CFO Capital since January 2014. Skyline Advisors continues its strategic relationship with CFO Systems. Clients of CFO Systems will have access to the Skyline Advisors team through their existing engagement letters, and Gustafson will continue to oversee the CFO Systems corporate development practice area. Frevert adds, "We are excited to continue offering our clients unique access to a full-service investment bank on a fractional basis.
